How many Ugandans use the Internet regularly?

 Its time to open my mails and see how my mails from the boss and my friends too.
Suddenly,there is this funny mail ave not ,never even had a glimpse about it? Look what i found there on this site below?

i guess it would have worked if only there were lots of Ugandans who would at least access the INTERNET for at least 5 to 10 minutes but  here its limited not like the Arab world (Arab revolts)in north Africa........story continues
